Patti’s Swedish Massage 1
hour $48
Swedish
massage combines traditional eastern healing techniques along
with a scientific system of activity to the soft tissue structure
of the body. Patti uses the soothing stones to aid in
relaxing tight muscles and adds Deep Tissue on the back,
shoulders and neck. Benefits are relaxation, relief of pain
and discomfort associated with chronic muscle tension, increased
circulation, relieve stiff joints, relieve pain from some forms
of paralysis, sciatica, fractures, sprains and overworked
muscles, and to promote well being.

Deep Tissue 1 hour $48
Deep
tissue massage is a form of Swedish massage in addition to the
above strokes the practitioner may use elbows, forearms, even
knees in order for client to receive one of the deepest most
therapeutic massages possible for the neck and back. This
therapy warms and spreads the fascia surrounding the muscles to
enhance freedom of movement. To encourage the release of
deep tension the restricted points are then massaged. This
is a great massage if experiencing headaches and shoulder tension
due to stress.

The
best of both of the above therapies. Swedish Massage to relax the
muscles followed by Deep Tissue work to encourage the release of
deep tension most of us carry in the neck and shoulders.

Soothing Stone 1 hour $55
This
is the ultimate in relaxation massage. Combining
penetrating heat from smooth heated river stones with relaxing
massage techniques. The warmth of the river stones leaves
you feeling totally relaxed, it soothes your soul, and leaves you
with a wonderful sense of well being. Do not plan any heavy
mental or physical exertion after this massage.

Exfoliation with massage 1 ½
hours $65
Body
buff is applied to areas to be exfoliated, then rubbed off using
mechanical friction. Residue is washed off, hydrating
lotion applied, and treatment ends with Body Butter massaged into
the skin with a Swedish Massage. Great treatment for winter
dry skin.

Dry brushing, aromawrap, and massage 1
½ hours $65
Skin
is exfoliated gently with boar bristle brush, essential oils are
applied to the body, client is wrapped in layers to allow oils to
penetrate the body. Treatment ends with Swedish massage.

Shiatsu Face and Foot 45 minutes $45
The
oldest known form of physical therapy. It releases tension
through pressure applied to muscles and accupressure points of
the body. Improves circulation to the areas being treated.
Face treatment often called Shiatsu Facelift.
